At 18:52 the Fire Service received a call to a reported fire at Meadowbank Road, Falmouth. On receipt of this call two appliances from Falmouth were mobilised to this incident. On arrival crews used, two breathing apparatus, one hose-reel, and one extinguisher to extinguish the chip pan fire. Crews assisted one person suffering breathing difficulties out of the property. The cause of the fire was found to be accidental and it was confined to the kitchen. Nothing else is to be reported from this incident.
