Fire In Domestic Trip Switch

One crew of five from St Austell and one crew of six from Fowey attended a call to an electric meter with smoke issuing from it. On arrival crews isolated the power to the overheated trip switch and monitored the situation using a thermal imaging camera. Firefighters remained on scene until Western power engineers were in attendance to make the scene safe.
