Fire In Medical Equipment
RCH Treliske, Threemilestone, Truro at 10/01/2013 09:19
Six firefighters from Truro attended a call to alarms sounding in the Medical Services block of RCH Treliske. On crews arrival they confirmed there was a small fire in some medical equipment. A member of staff at the hospital had used a carbon dioxide fire extinguisher to extinguish the fire before the arrival of the Fire service. Firefighters isolated the electrics to the area and naturally ventilated the area. Crews investigated the scene to ensure the fire was completely out.
