One crew of six firefighters from St Austell attended a call to a fire which had involved a cooker and was believed out. On crews arrival the top of the cooker involved was black and the fire had spread up the power cable to an ajascent socket. The fire was out on the arrival of the fire service, crews ventilated the premise.
