On receipt of this call, one appliance from Saltash was mobilised, on arrival at the scene a further appliance from Saltash was requested as the property was a Listed Building, the fire involved a woodburner, with smoke emitting into the next door property, firefighters using breathing apparatus inspected the area, the fire was extinguished using the chimney rods and a high pressure hosereel. Due to the history of the building, the property was inspected later in the evening, purely as a precaution.
