On receipt of this call, appliances from Newquay and St. Columb were mobilised, on arrival further resources were requested, a further appliance from Perranporth also the command unit from St. Just and operational support vehicle from Falmouth were mobilised, the fire involved a fire in a flat of a three storey building, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus were committed to the property and extinguished the fire using high pressure hosereels. The fire was confined but the cause was undetermined. A Fire Investigation will be undertaken.
