On receipt of this call, after some controlled burning escalated, one appliance from St. Just was mobilised, on arrival crews monitored the situation and allowed an area of approximately 150 metres of gorse to burn to a firebreak, where it was eventually extinguished, an area of four hectares in total was involved in the fire.
