Road Traffic Collision Person Trapped
A30 Carminnow Roundabout, Bodmin at 05/03/2013 15:40
One fire appliance and a specialist rescue tender from Bodmin Fire Station attended this incident. It involved a HGV carrying domestic rubbish, that had overturned on the roundabout trapping the driver in the cab. The crews used crash rescue equipment to extricate the driver and handed him over to a doctor and ambulance crew who were on scene. Police are also on scene and the roundabout will be closed for some considerable time.
