One fire appliance from Camborne Community Fire Station attended a report of a bin fire outside a shop. On arrival at the location given, it was obvious that the call was a hoax. Whilst the fire crew were attending this call they were not available to answer any genuine calls to help people in distress. Potentially, this would have put people in the area at greater risk.
