Dishwasher Fire Extinguished By Staff

Ten firefighters from St Austell attended a call to a dishwasher on fire. A quick thinking member of staff used a dry powder fire extinguisher to put the fire out. Fire crews entered the building wearing two breathing apparatus with a fire extinguisher and confirmed the fire was out. Fire fighters ventilated the building.
