On receipt of this call, appliances from St. Keverne were mobilised, on arrival crews found approximately one hectare of high gorse alight, being fanned by strong winds, a hosereel jet and beaters were used to extinguish the fire. Arson was suspected. Devon & Cornwall Police have been informed.
