Fire On Fishing Vessel On Slipway

2 appliances from Penzance and one appliance from St Just attended. The fire involved a 200 ton fishing vessel, about 100ft in length that was situated out of the water on the slipway. The fire was confined to the accommodation area by firefighters wearing breathing apparatus, using one jet and one hosreel.
Further resources were en-route from St Ives, Falmouth and Truro but, in the end, were not needed.
