Person Taken To Hospital Following Fire In Microwave Oven

2 appliances from St Mawes and one appliance from Truro were mobilised following a report of a fire in a flat. On arrival the crews from St Mawes found one casualty who was taken to hospital by ambulance personnel. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus searched the flat but found no other casualties and confirmed that the fire was already out. The flat was then ventilated to clear the smoke. There are no other details available from the Brigade about this incident.
