One appliance from Bodmin and one from Liskeard also the rescue tender from Bodmin were mobilised to this incident. On arrival it was found that the coach was carrying schoolchildren, who were all safely off the bus, but the driver was trapped. All emergency services were in attendance, some of the children were taken to hospital with minor injuries. The coach driver was removed by Brigade personnel using crash rescue equipment and passed into the care of ambulance crews.
