Appliances from Fowey and Lostwithiel were mobilised on receipt of this call. On arrival it was found to be an empty bungalow, approximately 20 x 10 metres. The fire was extinguished by the use of hosereels and jets, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus were also deployed at the scene. Arson was suspected. A fire investigation team inspected the site in the morning. Further details may be obtained from Devon & Cornwall Police.
