Small Fire In Basement

One fire appliance from Redruth and one fire appliance from Camborne attended a report of a fire in a basement. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus entered the basement and used a thermal imaging camera to confirm that the small fire was already out and had been extinguished by the occupant using an extinguisher. The fire crews then ventilated the property to clear the smoke.
