Six firefighters attended a call to a premise which was full of smoke after the occupant had fallen asleep whilst cooking. Fortunately a quick thinking neighbour woke the occupant and dialled 999. On crews arrival the premise was being ventilated by the occupant, crews inspected the oven and confirmed the fire was out.
