Small Electrical Fire On Boat

2 appliances from Padstow, one appliance from Wadebridge and the operational support vehicle from St Austell were mobilised to a report of an electrical fire on a fishing boat. 2 firefighters wearing breathing apparatus boarded the boat and used a carbon dioxide extinguisher to put out the fire. They then isolated the battery to make safe.
