Appliances from Wadebridge, Bodmin and a wholetime officer responded to reports of smoke issuing from a property in Wadebridge. On arrival crews found a fire in a kitchen of a semi detached property of two storeys. Firefighters used four breathing apparatus and two jets to extinguish the fire. Two dogs were rescued from the rear of the property by firefighters. A fire investigation is currently taking place to establish the cause of the fire.
