Six crew from Wadebridge and a Water carrier alongside Five firefighters from Bodmin attended a call to a large leaking gas cylinder. The 45 litre cylinder was leaking from the valve and crews were unable to isolate the leak. Using one hose reel and a thermal imageing the cylinder was allowed to vent under controlled conditions. The area around the cylinder was cordoned off until the the cylinder was safe.
