This evening Cornwall Fire and Rescue service has received two emergency calls to incidents which turned out to be controlled burnings. These emergency calls have not only resulted in the unnecessary tying up of fire resources but the wasting of money which could be better spent else where. Fire Control would like to ask anyone having a controlled burning to contact them shortly before commencement on 01872 320205.
