St. Marys Road, Lanstephan, Launceston at 22/08/2013 17:29

Several calls were received for this incident stating that a fire was close to a property, both appliances from Launceston were mobilised, on arrival the crews found approximately five metres of hedge alight with the heat affecting the guttering of a nearby property, the fire was extinguished using a high pressure hosereel and the crews proceeded to damp down the guttering. The cause was accidental.
