Chopping Board Left On Cooker

Five firefighters from Newquay attended a call to a property full of smoke at 08:11 this morning. On crews arrival the source of the fire had been identified by the occupant of the premise - a wooden chopping board left on the stove. The fire was out on the crews arrival, they inspected the scene only.
