Six firefighters from St Austell attended a call to a car on fire on a main road in Bugle. The vehicle was well alight on crews arrival, two breathing apparatus and two hose reels were used to extinguish the fire. Police were asked to attend to assist with traffic control and highways were requested to assess damage to the surface of the road.
