On receipt of this call stating that there was smoke in the premises, two appliances from Newquay were mobilised, on arrival the crews found that the fire involving the cooker was fortunately extinguished, fire personnel treated a casualty suffering the effects of smoke inhilation by administering oxygen therapy until the arrival of Westcountry Ambulance.
