At 0354 this morning CFRS received a call to a house fire. 2 appliances from Camborne were initially sent and water carrier from Helston as water supplies in the area are known to be limited. On arrival of crews a serious fire in a large property had developed on the ground floor. It was extinguished by crews wearing 4 breathing apparatus sets using 1 hose reel and 1 jet. Western power is currently on scene making electrical supply safe. No persons were injured due to the fire. At this time it is believed to be accidental.
