Take Care With Smoke From Your Bonfire

A 999 call was received reporting smoke obscuring the view of drivers along a road, making driving hazardous. It was unknown if the smoke was from a controlled fire or not. A fire appliance from Callington Community Fire Station attended and the firefighters found three bonfires at the location. Smoke from one of the bonfires was blowing across the road causing the problem. Two hosereels were used to knock down the fire and prevent the smoke causing a problem.
