Following a call from Ambulance Control, a fire crew attended a house where the occupants were thought to be suffering the effects of carbon monoxide poisoning. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus entered the property with a gas monitor and confirmed a high reading of carbon monoxide. Two casualties were conveyed to hospital by ambulance and their condition is unknown.

Safety Advice:
Carbon Monoxide is potentially fatal and even low-levels of the poison can cause lasting damage to your health. You can't smell it, see it or taste it, but it could be there now. Please follow the link below for advice on what you could do to prevent carbon monoxide poisoning.
