On receipt of this call from Devon & Cornwall Police, one appliance from Launceston and the rescue tender from Bodmin were mobilised, on arrival at the scene it was found that there was a vehicle with a trailer involved, the trailer contained two cows which were trapped, a vet attended and sedated the animals before they were released using cutting tools and the appliance winch.
