On receipt of this call from Westcountry Ambulance, one appliance from Helston and the rescue tender from Camborne were mobilised, on arrival there were found to be two vehicles involved, with one person confirmed trapped. Cornwall Fire & Rescue personnel used crash rescue equipment to release the casualty into the care of attending Westcountry Ambulance personnel. Further details may be obtained from Devon & Cornwall Police, who were in attendance.
