On receipt of a call stating that smoke was coming through the floorboards of a property, both appliances from Truro were mobilised, on arrival the crew found that there was a fire involving an open fire and its surround, Fire & Rescue personnel proceeded to cut away using small gear, a hosereel jet and the thermal image camera to extinguish the fire.
