On receipt of this call appliances from Bodmin and Launceston, also the rescue tender from Bodmin were mobilised. On arrival at the scene there were found to be two vehicles involved with one casualty trapped in each vehicle, Fire & Rescue personnel released the casualties using crash rescue equipment and then proceeded to make the scene safe. The casualties were taken into the care of Westcountry Ambulance personnel who were in attendance as well as the air ambulance. Further details may be obtained from Devon & Cornwall Police who were also in attendance.
