Chimney Fire

At 09:17 the Service received a call to a reported chimney fire. One pumping appliance from Bude Community Fire Station attended to investigate. On arrival crews used small tools, thermal imaging camera, a triple - extension ladder, a roof ladder, a hose-reel and chimney rods to put out the fire.
It was confirmed accidental and confined to the wood burner and chimney.
