At 1920 this evening a call was received to a three vehicle road traffic collision which had occurred to the north of the A30 juntion at Bolventor. A total of 25 fire crew in four appliances from Bodmin and Launceston were mobilised to the incident. On crews arrival they found that there had been three single vehicle road traffic collisions all within half of a mile of each other on the A30 at Bolventor. It is believed that the weather may have attributed to the accidents, two of which occurred on the north bound carriageway with one happening south bound. No persons were trapped in any of the vehicles, Ambulance paramedics did however tend to one female casualty. Fire crews made the vehicles safe before leaving the scene.
