Several call were received for this incident, appliances from Wadebridge and Bodmin were mobilised, on arrival further resources were requested, further appliances from Bodmin and Padstow were mobilised also specialist appliances from St. Austell, Launceston and St. Dennis were mobilised.

Cornwall Fire & Rescue are dealing with a derelict industrial property measuring approximately 25 by 12 metres, which is well alight, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus are using three main jets, one high pressure hosereel jet to fight the fire at this time. Further updates as and when received.

Update 2230 hours: Good progress is being made at this time, dud to the stability of the structure the fire is being fought defensively at this time. Main jets, hosereel jets are still in use.

Update 2330 hours: Firefighting is continuing using four ground monitors and one hosereel jet at this time.

Update 0030 hours: The incident is now scaling down, the fire is extinguished and appliances are now starting to return to their home stations.

Update 0200 hours: The final appliances are now leaving the scene. The incident has been handed over to Devon & Cornwall Police. Arson is suspected.
