One fire appliance from Saltash, one fire appliance from Liskeard and a rescue tender from Bodmin attended a report of a collision between a car and a lorry with persons trapped in the car.

Firefighters used crash rescue equipment to release two casualties from the car by 1115hrs. The casualties were left in care of the Ambulance service.
