St Marys to Torpoint, Isles of Scilly and Cornwall at 14/02/2014 20:30


This evening Cornwall Fire and Rescue service have attended a large number of weather related incidents. Premises from St Marys in the Isles of Scilly to Torpoint have been attended by Fire crews. Almost 100 - 999 calls have been answered by Cornwall Fire Control since 0900 this morning, a large number of these calls have received an emergency response from the Fire Service and other agencies. At 20:30 hrs the Fire service are in attendance at 9 incidents, incident types vary but the majority are as a result of the current weather conditions. Current crews attending incidents include, Penzance, St Just, St Mawes, Polruan, looe, Liskeard, Torpoint, Saltash, and two crews on St Marys in the Isles of Scilly.
