Appliances from Liskeard and Bodmin were mobilised to this incident. On arrival it was found to be a semi detached property with smoke issuing from the first floor. Brigade personnel wearing breathing apparatus used a hosereel to extinguish the fire, which involved a settee. West Country Ambulance were requested for a casualty with smoke inhilation.
