Five firefighters in one appliance from Falmouth was mobilised to the reciept of an automated fire alarm through a call monitoring centre. There had been a small fire in a kitchen. The kitchen was heavily smoke logged and fire crews entered the building with two breathing apparatus and one carbon dioxide extinguisher but the fire was out on crews arrival. A positive pressure ventilation fan was used to clear smoke from the premise before fire crews cleared the scene.
