One crew from Bodmin Fire Station with the assistance of a crew from Lostwithiel Fire Station attended this incident. They arrived to find the single storey factory unit heavily smoke logged and a piece of machinery had caught fire. Two firefighters wearing breathing apparatus, used a dry powder extinguisher and two foam extinguishers to put out the fire out. The crews also used positive pressure fans to clear smoke from the premise. The cause was accidental and confined.
