Six firefighters from Perranporth attended a call reporting that there had been a fire in a property and that the fire had been extinguished and items involved had been moved outside. One fire appliance from Perranporth with six firefighters was mobilised. Fire crews confirmed that the fire was out on their arrival and the mattress involved had been removed to outside the premise. Two males were treated for smoke inhalation on scene by firefighters using oxygen. Crews used one hose reel to damp down the mattress and Ambulance Paramedics attended to treat the casualties.
