Two appliances from Newquay and Wadebridge attended a call to a small fire on a balcony. Crews used one hose reel and two breathing apparatus to extinguish the fire. Once the fire had been confirmed as out crews used a positive pressure ventilation fan to clear smoke from the premise. A thermal imaging camera was also used to ensure that the fire had not spread.
