At 1057 hrs this morning Cornwall Fire And Rescue Service were called to a chimney fire in a cottage. A crew from St Columb and a crew from Wadebridge attended. A stirrup pump and rods were used to extinguish the fire and a thermal image camera was used to check the property for hotspots before leaving. There is no further information on this incident. Further updates will be posted as and when incidents occur.
