Electrical Surge In Several Properties

Two appliances from Penzance Community Fire Station were mobilised to a property reporting intermittent power supply and smell of burning. On investigation there was no sign of fire and crews reported that an electrical surge had affected several properties in the area. Crews isolated those properties and Western Power were requested to take the incident over.
