Dishwasher Fire

Fire crews were mobilised to reports of a dishwasher on fire in a property in Shortlanesend. On arrival crews found one domestic dishwasher smouldering, crews isolated the electrics and removed the dishwasher to assess if the fire had spread, and to check for any further damage. The cause of the fire was accidental and confined to the dishwasher. This is all the information we have available on this incident.
