Fire In Domestic Garage

Two fire appliances from Launceston Community Fire Station were mobilised to reports of a garage on fire at the above location.
On arrival the crews discovered a domestic garage that adjoined a property well alight.
Two breathing apparatus, one hose reel and one covering jet were used by the firefighters to extinguish the fire. They then used a positive pressure ventilation fan to clear the smoke.
The garage contained two vintage vehicles. The vehicles and the garage were slightly damaged by the fire.
