Two appliances from Camborne Fire Station attended a call to a smoke alarm heard from outside the semi-detached property. On arrival crews found signs of smoke in the property and used a triple extension ladder to gain access to the first floor kitchen, where they found a saucepan had been left on a cooker ring. The saucepan was removed and the property was ventilated.
