A crew from Camborne Fire Station attended a house following a 999 call to Fire Control that the occupier had a chimney fire.
The firefighters put the fire out using chimney rods and used a thermal imagining camera to check progress. They then checked the roof of the property using a roof ladder and a triple x extension.
The fire was accidental and confined.
