At 06:15 CFRS received a call to a reported building alight.

Appliances from Newquay, St Columb and Perranporth Community Fire Stations as well as two officers were mobilised.

On arrival crews used Breathing Apparatus, a hose-reel jet, and a main jet to extinguish the fire which was involved within a property measuring 10 metres by 10 metres and through the roof.
