Twelve firefighters on two crews from Launceston along with six on a Rescue tender from Bodmin attended a call to a single vehicle road traffic collision where a car had left the road and gone into a field. Fire crews and Ambulance gained access to the field and there was one casualty with a suspected spine injury. Crews assisted in removing the casualty and carried then from the field using ladders and a spine board. Fire crews made the incident safe before leaving the scene.
